Nassi came to us in 2025 after we met her during one of our mobile clinics in her community. An older donkey, Nassi had spent many years working hard in the village and supporting her owners. After a lifetime of work, her owners agreed that it was time for her to retire.

We were able to bring Nassi to Maramba Farm, where she can now enjoy a peaceful retirement with the rescue herd. She receives the daily care and rest she deserves and no longer has to worry about the demands of working life.
