Mobile Field Clinics
Veterinary care is scarce across Zambia, particularly care from equine specialists trained in donkey welfare, and the cost puts it further out of reach for most owners.. Our mobile field clinics remove these barriers, delivering free, specialised equine care directly to rural villages.
Our teams travel throughout the week to reach communities in the most remote areas, offering everything from routine wound care to critical, life-saving interventions.

Expert Procedures & Case Examples
From complex surgical interventions to long-term rehabilitation, our team provides life-saving care even in the most severe cases. Donkeys are treated at our rescue centre and cared for throughout their recovery. Some return to work, with follow-up visits to their owners; others who can no longer work retire with us at our sanctuary.
